Watching: the days drift by until I can see his face again

Hate to say I fell in love. He snuck up on me, but we've hit a crossroads.
I hope he'll take me 'cuz I'd marry this man yesterday. Pray he'll find love for me too.

Hey hun. When you can get to this, just drop me a line. I'm teaching Composition II in the fall at MSU, and I discovered a poem that dovetails nicely with "Dirty Harry." The problem is that I can't find any lyrics (Bootie Brown's part) that I believe are accurate. Do you know the right lyrics or at least know where I can find the right ones? Hugs and loves, Hun!
